It was a nice complex clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
At dinner there were 2 rounds and there was not everything at the end.
There was always a program in the evening where there was a good mood.

We are here for the first time, for 12 days.The hotel has gradually inspired me more and more.At first I was rather skeptical, but wrongly so.The rooms are good! Of course, we Germans are very meticulous.. we have a room with a terrace, of course arm irons come in🙈 Our room is also close to the show stage, OF COURSE we listen to the show from the room in the evening! But despite small children, whom it also does not bother, we have no problem with it.The staff is very nice and accommodating. Whether at the bar, in the restaurant or the room service ladies.The food is also varied and delicious. I also think it's good that everyone can decide for themselves how much salt they want to have in their food.😊The tables are new / decorated differently every day ✨Every evening there is a new varied show from 20:15 clock from the super nice animators! The first hour Is just for the kids (Kids Show) my kids love it!They also love the Kids Club, which takes place every day by two women with new games / creative ideas.( Baking pizza, handicrafts, make-up for children, dancing, singing, etc..)The entertainers take care that daily activities games /dances / sports are made, for which they are bored ist.Es there was even a foam party on the beach this week🫧There are still so many things I could write that we like very much ... For the children it is a dream and that's why for us too!🥰

This will be our third visit and I can't fault it. Staff are all first class. Housekeeping go above and beyond their duties. Always something to eat even for the fussiest! Yeah entertainment can get a bit samey but still very much appreciated!
Hopefully we get a fourth visit!!

We were there as a family with a child at the end of August / beginning of September. It was our second visit to this hotel.Our room was nice and we felt very comfortable.The cleaning staff was always friendly and reliable.The complex is well maintained and the food tastes good, but last year there were more 'special' offers, e.g. paella, we missed that this year.The staff at the bars and restaurants is very dedicated and friendly.I would like to especially highlight Ridha B. from the Beachbar, who has always done a very good job with a smile on his face, hardworking, very polite, courteous and forward-looking.In addition, we also noticed the waiter Amine H. very positively again from the beach bar and from the evening restaurant. With his friendly, child-like and humorous nature, he has made our holiday an experience for the second time.Thanks also to the animation team, the gardeners, the bathing supervisor, the reception staff and all those involved who do an incredibly great job every day.We would definitely come back!

We spent very nice days. Thank you for the quality of the services and for all the staff, always smiling and welcoming. A special mention to the animators, and especially to Atef (Tef), for his kindness and energy. The animation was really on top!

What a great holiday. Five days with five mates. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had everything you needed and there was a fridge in the room. All very clean. The cleaner “Leila” was a star and was there every day changing towels and keeping the room clean and dressing the beds.
The food was very basic and bland but it’s so cheap to eat out it wasn’t an issue. Specially the kebabs down the road. It’s the staff that made the holiday. All staff were amazing especially May on customer relations, Moana on the front desk and the waiter Hamdi. They made the holiday nothing was to much trouble. Great place for a cheap get away.

We arrived very close to midnight and the staff were so friendly even at that late time and offered us food & drink on arrival. The activity reps are brilliant and so friendly & the waiters in the restraunt attend to your needs should you have any.

The cleaners are great. If you leave tips they will make swans from fresh towels on your bed and leave flower petals for couples.

Evening entertainment is standard family hotel fare, with the childrens songs going on first. Karaoke night was brilliant.

Football is screened in both hotels so you should be able to see your team play.

The pools do have salt water in them, the smaller pool having less in.

A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. We just picked a heatwave to go to Tunisa in 🤣🤣

We had a very nice stay at this hotel and have felt comfortable from the very beginning. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.Mr. Rami deserves special praise at the reception!! He always took care of us very carefully, regularly asked if everything was fine and if we were missing something. Thank you for the great service!Overall, we can definitely recommend the hotel and will be happy to come back.

Very nice hotel i have been 5 time and going back in October the food and all the staff is very good they all put there self out for you and that's also the cleaner's

Perfect holiday for me and my friend! The staff were the definite highlight - always going above and beyond to be friendly and to remember our names, where we were from, drink orders, and offer help whenever needed. They made the holiday really special. The animation team were good at getting everyone involved and feeling welcome at their yoga, aqua fitness, Zumba, and evening shows. Shout out especially to Will, Marco, Mohammed, Adem, and Wahbi (+ many others whose names we didn’t get!). Some examples of great service included getting brought out a cocktail whilst waiting a minute for our transport to the airport at the end of the stay, going out of their way to find a table/ chairs for us on a busy night of entertainment when none were free, and ensuring we were never out of drinks. Location was great as had its own beach with lovely clear and warm water (no jellyfish!), plenty of space, a bit further back from main roads but still very close to shops, banks, tours, and places to explore. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms comfy and balcony spacious. The food was decent with some variation over the days- what you’d expect from an all inclusive. Lots of choice of places to find drinks, food or a snack in the day so no waiting for too long. Also lots of pools and didn’t feel too busy even in August. Just a warning that there is a hotel tax to pay in cash when you arrive (no card machine but bank nearby) and you should also ask for info on timings for the pools etc as some small variation from what was actually advertised around the pools, as well as a hotel map. We booked the stay with a small discount through TUI which made it even more worth it but would recommend regardless and gladly return!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Hotel Marhaba Royal Salem. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Hamida at the reception – she is the best receptionist ever and took care of us perfectly. Many thanks also to Maysa from the Guest Relations Team for her warm care. Our waiter Aboud was always attentive and friendly. Thanks also to Makram and Hamdi for the great service. Kudos to the animation team, especially Mustafa and Shadow. The mini club team as well as the pool team and the lifeguards were also just fantastic. We will definitely be back!
